Welcome to our Team Learning Portal!

In this portal, you'll be able to enroll in / access various courses for onboarding, clinical learning, and getting familiar with or reminded of our processes & procedures.

You'll be notified when new optional or required lessons are added to the Learning Portal, and I also would love to hear if there are topics that you'd like to see covered here. Anytime a question comes up, my hope is that the answer exists somewhere in the portal— and if it doesn't yet, it probably should be added!

01A - Everyone Onboarding

This course is designed to provide important Onboarding info for ALL team members, including interns, employees, and contractors.

This course outlines a few additional employee-only Onboarding tasks.

02 - Internal Procedures

This course describes our most important internal procedures— from utilizing Google Workspace software (Drive, Chat, Voice, Gmail, etc.) to understanding our Client Tracker, Offices sheet, and more.

03 - All About Sessions EHR

Sessions is the name of our Electronic Health Record (EHR), accessible at https://app.sessionshealth.com with your assigned login. Make sure to only use Sessions when you have privacy. It is not a perfect system, but it's pretty great!

04 - Client Management

In this course, we cover the fundamental aspects of managing the logistics and key clinical elements of client relationships— from getting new clients, to providing excellent client service for existing clients, and when clients end care with us.

05 - Office Management

In this course, we explore the ins and outs of Office Management at The Gaia Center— because not only is it important logistically, but maintaining a beautiful, cozy office space is also one of the ways we provide excellent client care. (Yes, our work is part Hospitality!)

06 - Clinical Learning Library

This library is designed for you to come back to repeatedly anytime you are looking for interventions and resources to use with your clients. It is an always-evolving repertoire of links, original videos, external training logins, etc. to support you in staying fresh, effective, and creative in your clinical work. Feel free to jump around! The team will be notified when new content is added.

07 - Intern Clinical Learning Pathway

This course has been designed for practicum or internship students starting with The Gaia Center to provide our "best of the best" Therapist 101 learning resources in an intentionally-designed sequence.

08 - Undergraduate Intern Onboarding

This course has been designed for undergraduate students interning with The Gaia Center to get you onboarded to the team and up to speed on what you'll need to know during your time with us.
